Introduction

I have been in service of the mental health world since 1998. I have worked within communities in Illinois, Arizona, Kansas, New Mexico, Colorado, South Carolina, and now again in Connecticut. I earned my Masters in Social Clinical Work in 2019, and my professional certification within the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association in 2016. Since then, I have been practicing Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy. I use an eclectic form of therapeutic integration that flexes with the needs of the client's. My services envelope the client's personal eco-system, building understanding of their own strengths, and helping to clarify areas the client sees they need to improve. I encourage collaboration with the client for the therapeutic process to be meaningful for my client's success. Whether in an individual session through Tele Health, or in a field with an untethered herd of horses, understanding and having awareness within personal roles during an individual's or couple's life storm dynamic is paramount to having meaningful perspective explorations. I look forward to exploring these uncharted territories with you, please read more about your opportunities to grow through my website https://www.aninnerlens.com/ or contact me via email for a free 15 minute consultation.
