Ashley Davis is a graduate of Western Kentucky University, with a Bachelor degree in Psychology and a Master Degree in Social Work. She is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Health, as well as EMDR but utilizes techniques from many other modalities as fit for each individual client. Ashley has experience treating many behavioral and emotional disorders, including but not limited to treating Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Trauma, and ADHD. Ashley works with individuals (ages 3+), couples and families. “My approach to therapy involves a holistic stance where there is an emphasis placed on finding balance between the mind and body. I believe it is important for the client to be able to not only develop coping skills, but leave therapy with new tools to prevent future disturbances.”
