Hello! My name is Ashley Harris. I am so grateful we have crossed paths. My own personal work in therapy and over 10 years of experience in the field, have made me attuned to identifying and getting to down to the roots of the core issues blocking your path and thus, healing. I am passionate about guiding others down a path towards realizing their own inner strength and power through the use of wholistic, non-judgmental, empathic and trauma informed approaches. The process and journey of therapy is an intimate and collaborative one. The main guidepost that influences and shapes my practice is remembering that each of you is beyond deserving of exceptional therapy that is customized to your unique individual needs and goals.
