Introduction

I decided that I wanted to be a mental health professional at 8 years old. I know first hand how helpful and effective therapy can be thanks to the school psychologist in elementary who taught us coping skills that I continue to implement today. As a therapist, I bring a warm and caring approach to every session. Creating a safe and welcoming space for my clients is essential. My natural curiosity and open-mindedness allow me to connect deeply with each individual, understanding their unique experiences and perspectives. I believe in the power of humor to foster a light-hearted and relaxed environment, making the therapeutic process both engaging and enjoyable. My flexibility ensures that I tailor my methods to find the needs of each client, providing personalized support on their journey towards healing and growth. Together, we can explore and navigate the challenges, discovering new pathways to well-being and fulfillment.
