This collaborative therapeutic approach to life’s struggles helps you to know that you are not alone, and that it is okay to not be okay. She works with adults with a variety of presenting problems, including, depression, borderline personality disorder, and OCD along with other anxiety disorders. She uses evidence based cognitive behavioral approaches, acceptance commitment therapy, and skills from dialectical behavior therapy to help clients make therapeutic progress and reach their goals. She also helps her clients identify their values to use as their compass when working toward these goals. Each treatment plan is uniquely and specifically designed for the needs and goals of each individual client. Additionally, she conducts assessments, including ADHD, school, and social, emotional, and behavioral assessments.
