My expertise is centered on assisting adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety and depression. During our sessions, I employ energy psychology, EFT/tapping techniques, and mindfulness exercises to promote emotional processing and connectedness with one's body. I also am trained in Attachment Focused EMDR to support trauma processing and healing. I integrate a blend of talk therapy and somatic experiences to facilitate stress reduction and enhance overall well-being.
