Introduction

After the birth of my children, I recognized the value in supported parents. I never understood why society makes it so hard to be honest about how hard parenting is. There was a ton of pressure on the parents. Life transitions can be so hard for families. I believe helping families get back to their sense of normal would mean so much. I served over 18 years in the United States Army and recognized physical health was easier to support than mental health. It was disheartening to struggle as we transitioned out of the military service. Furthermore feeling stigmatized, for seeking help. My priority is to offer confidential and non-judgement counseling to all diverse groups. My hope is that you can find your way as we take a journey on where this all started. Together we can work on getting things back on track and feeling better. Consultations are FREE! I look forward to meeting you :)
