Welcome! I am a licensed professional counselor and licensed neurofeedback provider. After receiving my Masters at Marymount University, I started working in a private practice called The Better Brain Center. During my time there; I treated many clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and insomnia using biofeedback tools, neurofeedback and various therapy techniques such as mindfulness exercises and cognitive-behavioral therapy. In my current practice, I incorporate a whole body approach. I think it's important to focus not only on your thoughts and feelings but also on getting enough sleep, eating habits, exercise routines, and mindfulness practices. My aim is to help you feel comfortable and safe. I hope to create a positive non judgmental environment where you can let down your walls and heal.
