Hello, I am a psychotherapist with iSeek Counseling and am currently accepting new clients! Are you feeling stuck and unsure? I would love to support you in discovering what is keeping you from the life you want. My clinical focus is working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and low self-esteem. In my practice, I utilize a strengths-based and psychodynamic approach to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself. We will explore unconscious processes in order to build insight into current struggles and problematic patterns of behaviors. I am passionate about providing an open and inclusive environment where you feel comfortable. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship as a catalyst for healing and growth. Through empathetic listening, compassion, and collaborative exploration, I work alongside my clients to uncover underlying issues, gain self-awareness and develop healthier ways to manage life stressors.
