Introduction

I am a trauma expert, which means I help people learn how to trust themselves and the world again. My work focuses on targeting unhelpful beliefs about self, behaviors in relationships, with food, sex and body. We also learn how to understand what our emotions are communicating. We focus on using that information to reach your goals and align with your values. I’m passionate about people and their stories. Our experiences influence us but they aren't who we are in total. I am passionate about helping people step into their power and begin writing their own stories. I've worked in academia since 2018 and continue to be interested in participating in workshops, speaking engagements, webinars, and podcasts. I continue to offer clinical supervision.
