I have been a therapist for 8 years in the Valdosta, GA area. I graduated from Valdosta State University with a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2013. I am EMDR Trained and utilize various other therapy modalities/tools in sessions. I enjoy creating a calm, non-judgmental, and peaceful environment for clients to be their full and true selves as they evolve, while accomplishing their goals. I provide services for individuals (adults) and families. I work with people between the ages of 18-100+, demographics, and backgrounds. i specialize in issues with stress, sexual assault, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, childhood abuse, PTSD/trauma, anger, grief/loss, family relationship issues, teen issues through virtual therapy. It is my hope that you will evolve mentally, spiritually, physically, and emotionally on your journey of healing as you work through life challenges.
