Ashley received her Master's in Applied Psychology with a focus on Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Washington University. She has experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. Ashley is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with training and experience in evidence-based therapies for treating mental health conditions related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and life adjustments. Ashley specializes in working with clients who have been diagnosed with chronic health conditions. Having a chronic illness can make every area of life difficult to navigate. Ashley provides a safe environment to discuss these issues and explore ways to find joy in the midst of suffering. She values education and continues to learn about different modalities and topics, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Client-Centered Therapy, Brene Brown's work on vulnerability and shame, and many other topics.
