You can’t shake the feeling that you aren’t good enough, aren’t doing enough, aren’t capable enough. All the people around you tell you how wonderful you are and how much you support and help them, but you have a hard time believing you are as great as they claim you are. If I am so great why can’t I help myself, you ask. You thoughts constantly race without finding real answers for why you are struggling. Some thing is lacking, there is a void and you have been trying to fill it with things with no relief in sight. Consider this: you can remain motivated towards hard work and achieving your goals and be kinder to yourself! Don’t believe me? That’s okay!
