Ashlyn earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of South Carolina and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rhode Island College. She integrates a range of evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy.
