Each time you step into the space you share together, Ashton will greet you with curiosity, warmth, openness, and playfulness. Ashton uses a multimodality approach to tailor her work to the specific needs of each individual client, and has experience utilizing Person-Centered therapy, Play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Behavioral therapy, Dialectal Behavior therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and PCIT (Parent-Child Interaction Therapy). When working with children, Ashton places a strong emphasis on the parent-child relationship and the ways in which connection and understanding can create a foundation for growth and healing. Whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating challenges, or simply seeking a space to explore and reflect, Ashton looks forward to meeting you and walking this path together. Outside of the therapy room, Ashton values the joy of gathering with family and friends and believes in the power of building community. You can find her camping, hiking 14ers, snuggling her dog, crocheting with her friends, or tackling home projects with her husband.
