Introduction

I am a Licensed Behavioral Specialist and Masters-Level Clinician working towards licensure in PA, with 15+ years of experience working with all age groups from toddler to adult. I have varied experiences and have worked in multiple settings. I specialize in adult/ child mental health struggles such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, anger management, grief, loss, trauma; pregnancy & infant loss, and healing from abuse. Whether through talk therapy or play therapy, I utilize a person-centered approach which includes increasing self-awareness, improving the ability to use self-direction to make desired changes, increasing clarity, improving self-esteem, and boosting self-reliance. My goal is to provide a safe and accepting place where you will grow and learn to recognize strengths and develop new strategies to improve your overall quality of life.
