Introduction

Audra is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, EMDRIA Certified Counselor and a National Board Certified Counselor with a Masters of Science in Counseling. Audra's counseling experience started in North County education in 2002. She has experience working with adolescents, couples, adults, families, trauma, grief, and loss. As a clinician, Audra creates a safe and supportive environment for her clients by using a person-centered approach with emphases on cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, and brief interventions. Audra also specializes in first responders and first responder organizations providing therapy and customized training. This passion for helping clients achieve their full potential is carried into her work as a clinician.
