Helping people live their desired lives is something I look forward to doing every day. Sometimes that means making a tough change, figuring out how to better communicate with loved ones, learning to believe in oneself, or overcoming a deeply painful experience. Utilizing evidenced-based strategies from TF-CBT, DBT, and SFT, I have successfully supported client goal attainment since 2010. My focus has been treating depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic illness and complicated grief. My background and training have provided me with proficiencies in life transitions, self esteem, trauma, meaning-making, aging issues, family systems, and role changes. I continuously seek to improve and hone my skills by being a life-long learner both in formal education as well as through client narratives.
