I work closely with individuals who have experienced trauma, individuals who identify in the LGBTQQIA+ community, people who experience depression and anxiety, individuals coping with life changes, as well as various other issues. In therapy, I use multiple types of modalities so we can accomplish the change you are seeking. Some of these include CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which helps reframe old thinking patterns), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which helps with mindfulness practice, interpersonal effectiveness skills, and distress tolerance skills), ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which is an eye movement therapy that works well with PTSD, Depression and Anxiety), Motivational Interviewing, and Solutions Focused Therapy.
