Hello! I’m a therapist who believes that you are the expert in your own life experiences. I enjoy working with children, teens, and families to help my clients voice their needs and communicate with compassion so they can feel heard in their spaces outside of therapy. My training in trauma-focused treatments and mindfulness-based practices (ACT, DBT) provides tools that we can use in therapy to find what works best for you. I use a strengths-based perspective to name what is not okay and acknowledge that no person is a problem. My work explores where opposite or contradictory beliefs can be true at the same time, so you can feel understood and find a way forward when there is conflict in the relationships or goals in your life. I will follow your lead and continue to seek feedback so that we meet your goals and work together. I know that we all have challenges, even when pain, suffering, and stress look different for everyone. It is part of being human, and everyone deserves support. I’m here for you and glad you found me.
