I am committed to working with First Responders, Military, and Veterans, as well as their families. I am also committed to working with couples. I found my calling in mental health care while working alongside law enforcement in the community to resolve crisis situations. While working on calls with police officers and paramedics, I gained perspective on the demands of their jobs, the challenges they face in the community, the challenges in keeping their families together, the struggles with finding healthy coping skills against career burnout, and the inner psychological battles they don’t talk about. I work with individuals and couples to address relationship conflicts, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I believe in showing up for the ones who have shown up for us in the community, so our responders are healthy and balanced, with tools to protect their hearts and minds, and become the best people for their families and communities. Each new path and small change we make for the better in our journey for ourselves and the ones we love is meaningful and courageous. I look forward to walking beside you on your mental health journey.
