I work with men, women, and non-binary adults facing a range of challenges, including: *Feeling unworthy, discouraged, anxious, overwhelmed or depressed * Self-destructive behaviors * Childhood difficulties * Trauma * Destructive relationship patterns * Being gender non-conforming, LGBT, dyslexic, or in a wheelchair when the culture expects you not to be. During our appointments I will listen attentively and reflect what I am hearing and observing about you, your challenges, and your goals. I will guide a process that draws out your ability to understand, heal, and grow.
