I’m so glad you’re here! I imagine you found yourself here because there is something in your life you are seeking to overcome. I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to walk this journey alone. No matter what you’re going through, there is hope—and change is possible. I honor and respect the strength and vulnerability it takes to seek help, to give pain space to heal, and to bravely step into personal growth. As a therapist, I truly love what I do and genuinely care about the individuals and couples I work with. It’s my passion to come alongside others in the midst of their struggles and help them live from a place of authenticity, empowerment, and self-awareness. Whether it be in individual therapy, couples therapy, or family therapy, I support my clients in deeply understanding and loving the innermost parts of who they are. Much of my work focuses on helping people heal from trauma, anxiety, and longstanding emotional patterns that may have roots in early life experiences or past relationships. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful approach that helps the brain and body process unresolved pain and distressing memories so you can move forward with more freedom and peace. I also draw from depth-oriented approaches that explore how your past may still be shaping your present—especially in how you relate to yourself and others. I would love to support you on your journey. The work we do together will be full of compassion, depth, and insight. We’ll explore the root causes of limiting beliefs and behaviors that may be interfering with your sense of connection, purpose, or well-being. Along the way, we’ll also build helpful tools—coping skills, boundary setting, communication techniques, self-care practices, and meditative exercises—that align with your unique goals. During our sessions, I strive to create a down-to-earth therapy experience that feels comfortable, relaxed, and accepting. I want you to come just as you are.
