Introduction

Having the self-awareness and tenacity to understand when you need support is something to be proud of, and I want to meet you on that journey and help guide you through discovery. My goal is to work with you to understand the complexities of who you are and find the strengths to navigate your everyday life. I specialize in working with young adults and adults facing dating and relationship issues, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, interpersonal problems, trouble with self-acceptance, and other everyday challenges. I utilize a cognitive-behavioral and strengths-based approach, emphasizing the importance of the mind-body connection. I am also EMDR-certified and find it to be an incredibly effective tool for helping individuals heal from trauma and move forward with greater resilience and clarity. Everyone’s struggles and life experiences are different, and my approach caters to those diverse events. I do not believe that one method works for everyone, and I want therapy to be a collaborative process. Life throws us many curveballs that we cannot control. What we can control is the way we react to these events. I want to help you find the inner strength to work through these barriers and get to a place of confidence and peace.
