Introduction

WCS is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for your journey of self-discovery. Investing in personal growth can lead to a more meaningful and fulfilling life. We understand that life's journey includes both challenges and opportunities for growth. Our services are designed to facilitate self-discovery and personal development, helping you navigate life's complexities with greater awareness and compassion. Our team of skilled therapists brings wisdom and practical expertise to help you gain focus and clarity, foster personal growth, and promote emotional healing. We believe in a holistic and integrative approach to therapy rooted in Experiential Process-Based Therapy (EPT). This method, which centers on the "here and now," encourages you to delve deeply into your immediate thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations for better self-understanding. EPT actively explores your inner world, emphasizing deep exploration and compassionate mind training, leading to profound personal growth and emotional healing. Our clinical team, consisting of three clinicians, utilizes diverse therapeutic interventions to create a customized treatment plan tailored to your unique journey. This personalized approach, which respects your experiences and challenges, aims to empower you to lead a more fulfilling and meaningful life, acknowledging that each individual's path to healing and growth is unique. WCS provides associate clinicians and graduate students with comprehensive clinical training and supervision. Our Clinical Director, Aven Armstrong-Sutton, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Board-Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work (ABCSW), is our clinical supervisor and clinical education coordinator. Aven's experiential and hands-on approach to clinical supervision, which is both practical and theoretically rigorous, ensures our associates become exemplary clinicians and leaders in the field, instilling confidence in the quality of our services.
