Hi! I know that reaching out for help is sometimes the bravest thing you can do, so I’m happy you’re here. I’m expecting to graduate with my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) from Long Island University in Spring 2025. I chose this field because I think that people are fascinating, beautiful, and endlessly resilient. It’s an honor to help people untangle their stories to find the beauty and resilience within themselves and their lives. I follow a Solution-Oriented approach while utilizing various modalities of therapy. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are facing all sorts of roadblocks. You might be feeling stuck and disconnected from yourself, your partner, or your child(ren). You might be grappling with something big or processing something heavy.
