Introduction

Life transitions at any age can bring challenges and self-doubt. Unresolved past experiences may resurface, leaving us feeling stuck with overwhelming feelings that can be hard to navigate on our own. You are not alone. As a therapist who truly cares, I believe in healing through the use of empathy and self empowerment to help us narrate our own story. My approach draws from developmental psychology and an attachment-based framework, recognizing the influence of early experiences on current relationships and emotional well-being. I work with individual adults and adolescents, prioritizing trauma informed and person centered care, my interventions are eclectic to tailor each individual's unique needs. During our sessions, we will collaboratively gain insights into how your past influences your present. This illuminating process of self-discovery can empower you to live a more fulfilling life and be a more authentic version of you. While my approach is typically psychodynamic, I am mindful to tailor each session to the individual needs of the client, within the scope of my training. Let's get to know each other! Finding the right therapist for you is a personal process. Contact me for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're a good fit to embark on this healing journey!
