For almost twenty years, I have worked with individuals and couples. I have helped clients navigate through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I understand that life's journey is filled with challenges and that despite our best intentions, emotions can easily overpower our rational thoughts. Keeping feelings and emotions contained for too long can make us react in ways that may not be typical of us, impacting our performance and relationships with others; therefore, talking to someone is helpful.
