Introduction

Healing Mountain Mental Health is a practice that not only aids individuals through evidence-based therapy practices, but strives to bring awareness and social change to the mental health community. It is a safe space for BIPOC, LGBTQIA2+, veteran families, individuals with permanent disabilities, neurodivergent individuals, immigrants and refugees, and all people who feel systemic oppression in their daily lives. For trauma recovery: we have specialized training in EMDR I and II, IFS, EFT, CBT, REBT, CPT, MI, Focalizing, Expressive Art therapy, Play Therapy and more. We also specialize in Intuitive Eating Training for body image/dysmorphic disorders/disordered eating that include poor relationships with food/healthy bodies due to trauma.
