Using an integrative approach based on EMDR, humanistic and somatic styles, I will work with you to address trauma triggers, regain identity and access your true self. I specialize in working with persons engaged in 12 step programs and those struggling with or affected by addictions, particularly Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families. I was trained in depth psychotherapy at Pacifica Graduate Institute, whose mission is “animae mundi colendae gratia," Tending the Soul of and in the World. Healing Psyche Through Expressive Arts: Expressing and Dialoguing With Living Images was my thesis subject. I am also an accredited instructor in T’ai Chi Chih and Seijaku, moving mindfulness meditation in joy through movement, and teach classes at the Camarillo Health Care District.
