Deciding to seek therapy can be a very hard step to take because it means facing all the things you've been so used to running away from. However, it can also be the most rewarding step because you can finally stop running. I believe vulnerability is a source of strength because it takes courage to show ourselves, imperfections and all. My passion is to provide a non-judgmental and supportive space where you can feel safe and comfortable to let your masks down. If I can make someone feel even the slightest bit more worthy as a person, more hopeful for the future, more driven to achieve goals, more secure in oneself, more empowered to speak one's voice, or just more understood as a human being, then I have accomplished that of what is meaningful to me.
