Hello there, and welcome! If you’re here it’s because you’re searching for more and I want to first credit the bravery in that search. This whole ‘life thing’ is weird and difficult. It’s okay that we sometimes feel lost, afraid, angry, or hopeless with ourselves or all the moving parts around us. It’s okay that we don’t always understand our own feelings or thoughts or needs. And it is absolutely okay to need some support sometimes, and I’m humbled to be that support. In my time as a therapist (and my time in therapy) I have seen the process awaken a wisdom, and strength, and healing capacity that we don’t yet know is there. I do my best to provide safety for this discovery process by firstly being myself with you and inviting you to be yourself as well. My experience and education have melded into this person-centered, trauma-informed, somatically aware, introspective collection as an approach. This process invites all your parts to the table and trust that includes creativity, celebration, and laughter in addition to those parts that overwhelm us. I’ve been working in the field of mental health since 2016 and earned my master’s in 2019. I’m very fortunate for the different experiences I’ve had working with individual clients, couples and families, kids and teens, and groups in intensive outpatient settings. I’ve gained so much from each person I’ve encountered and feel all of their vulnerability fortifies me for the next story. So, if you’re searching for more, this is a good place to start.
