I help individuals identify internal and external obstacles that are preventing them from feeling as happy and as fulfilled as they can be. Together, we will learn how to overcome them in ways that align with your own values. I have trained in Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. My approach to therapy is grounded in mindfulness, psychodynamic theory, motivational interviewing, and principles of behavior therapy. I am also a certified Personal Trainer and have partnered with Washington Interventional Psychiatry to provide ketamine assisted psychotherapy. I tailor my treatment around creating a non-judgmental and compassionate space for my clients to feel listened to and cared for. I welcome people from a diversity of backgrounds.
