Introduction

Hi, my name is BC. I have a deep passion for helping people move through personal transitions, work on identity and belonging, and gain insights into their process. In my experience, finding the right therapist to work with makes all the difference in your healing journey. I support people who are working on reconnecting with themselves, those around them, and the environment. We can explore this through art therapy projects, mindfulness practices, or supporting your connection to nature. I draw from empirically based modalities, personal creativity, humor and nature-based experiences to support you. I will create a custom plan with you based off your needs, strengths, and preferences. I offer preparation and integration sessions for those who are seeking out psychedelic healing. I graduated from Naropa University in 2014 studying Transpersonal Counseling with a focus in Wilderness Therapy. Throughout my career I have worked in a variety of settings from private practice, wildness therapy, residential, and community mental health. I'm a licensed professional counselor and licensed psilocybin facilitator with over a decade of clinical knowledge, teaching, and facilitating therapeutic experiences. I look forward to connecting with you!
