Overwhelmed. Things did not go the way you hoped, and now you are left feeling stuck, disconnected from yourself and others. I come alongside my clients, and together we explore the complex interweaving of the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual, bringing deep, holistic healing. With advanced training in trauma, attachment, Polyvagal, Internal Family Systems, and EMDR, I integrate several approaches to best fit each client's needs. Now accepting new clients!
