Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor providing individual therapy for adults, with current availability for self-pay telehealth appointments. I approach therapy from the empowering perspective that we are not in control of what happens to us or around us, but we are responsible for the consequences of how we choose to allow these things to affect us and how we choose to respond. By making different choices, we can feel differently. In any given situation, we are doing the best we can with what we have, and, through therapy, we can build better ways to actively engage in life, instead of merely existing.
