After going through some challenging and life changing experiences, I went back to school in my 40’s and became a therapist. I wanted to help other people the way a therapist had helped me. I graduated from the University of Utah in 2017 with a master’s degree in social work. I have training and experience in working with people who need healing from traumatic life experiences of all sorts, people who have suffered loss and are grieving, people who are going through big changes in life, and people who are struggling codependency, maintaining healthy relationships and setting boundaries. I specialize in helping people recover from narcissistic and emotional abuse and gaslighting, empowering survivors in having healthy relationships. I’m good at helping people heal, and helping people live their authentic best life. Positive change and personal growth are part of our mission, and I work together with clients in helping them reach their goals. LGBTQ+ affirming. All are welcome here.
