Introduction

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both California and Arizona, who has practiced for 23+ years and specializes in ERP for OCD and EMDR for painful life experiences resulting in anxiety. My approach is kind, thoughtful and encouraging. I also offer EMDR Therapy Intensives which are an accelerated therapy designed to help clients go deeper and get relief faster. I specialize in helping people identify the deeper root of their anxiety and relationship stress through ERP and EMDR sessions. You had a painful experience & who you were & how you saw the world - just aren’t the same anymore. You feel lost, angry, & afraid. Maybe you experienced a divorce, trauma, got a medical diagnosis, or lost someone (or something) that you love. Maybe it happened suddenly without any warning or maybe the fact that you knew it was coming, made it feel even worse. You need someone who understands & can help you put the pieces of your life back together. You want to feel whole and hopeful. I offer a highly personalized, intensive and collaborative approach for adults struggling with anxiety, stress, panic, and everyday heartbreak. I understand what you are going through and what it takes to come back to yourself again, because I have lived it myself. Let's start your journey today.
