I believe that people begin to heal when they feel safe and heard, which is why I prioritize the therapeutic relationship to foster a felt sense of safety and a supportive space for us to explore your questions, challenges, and lived experiences. I am a counseling intern with experience working with children through early adulthood on challenges related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma. My therapeutic approach integrates Brainspotting, parts and inner-child work, Emotion-Focused therapy, Internal Family Systems, and attachment theory.
