Known. Cared for. Seen. How many of us can truly say we feel these things? We can often feel lost, overlooked, and overwhelmed in a world of chaos. It’s draining. It’s depressing. It’s even anxiety-producing…but it doesn’t have to stay that way. Bekah is a counselor dedicated to making her clients feel seen, cared for, and known. Bekah is passionate about helping others find joy and peace in a world so often void of it. Bekah is confident in her ability to compassionately walk alongside you on your journey to mental wellness; utilizing an eclectic approach to include cognitive behavioral theory, narrative theory, and Biblically-based counseling (upon request). Whether it be a sudden onset of depression, recovery from trauma or loss, or a lifelong struggle with anxiety, Bekah is able to provide her clients with a safe space, empathy, and hope. Bekah specializes in working with grief, anxiety, and depression. She enjoys counseling kids, teens, and adults. She also has a heart for those in the disability community and their families, and she loves walking alongside them as they navigate life’s challenges and joys. Bekah graduated from Amberton University with a Masters in Professional Counseling. Previously, she attended Texas A&M where she earned a Bachelors of Science in Psychology.
