For as long as I can remember, my passion has been to help and support others in their most trying times. As your therapist, my primary goals include providing a safe and comfortable space for you to explore personal thoughts and feelings and helping you understand how our own minds contribute to unhealthy situations. My comprehensive and interactive practice focuses on supporting individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, and difficulty adjusting to significant life events, women’s issues and communication problems. Unlike purely conventional therapy, we will work together integrating the mind, body and the spirit/true self. I combine traditional evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with mindfulness techniques, including meditation. In addition to holding certification as a mental health therapist, I am also certified in breathwork, meditation and yoga. This diverse set of approaches and modalities facilitates me as I provide additional and emerging tools to treatment.
