Introduction

Hello, My name is Belle, I'm glad you're here! My journey into LPCC and eventually LADC started while I was training for the Air Force. I I watched fellow airmen battle mental health disturbances/mental illness on a daily basis. I also saw people's lives change because of the lack of awareness and/or support for mental illness. That's when I started looking for ways to help, and have not stopped since. I'm passionate about helping individuals deal with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance abuse, PTSD, and neurodivergence (Autism, ADHD.)I believe in a therapeutic alliance that allows clients the autonomy to work through this process in a manner best suited to them.
