I am a counselor with a private practice focusing on couples and relationships. I view mental health and relationships through a lens of family systems and the emotional connections between and among individuals. I believe that real change is only possible through understanding, awareness and vulnerability. From a place of openness and compassion, virtually any change is possible. I am particularly skilled at working with couples, able to create the space for partners to see and accept each other and themselves.
