There is no one-size-fits-all approach to addressing mental health or for righting the ‘ship – our relationship to self and others in our life. That is why I tailor treatment to address the deeply personal concerns you are contending with. I have experience in psychodynamic, relational-cultural, third wave cognitive-behavioral (e.g., ACT, DBT), and mindfulness-based therapies. Oftentimes, a combination or integration of these approaches works best.
