As a Graduate Counseling Intern, I work with clients seeking support through challenging times in their lives as well as mental health concerns. My ideal client may be navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions. They may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward, longing for clarity, healing, and a greater sense of control over their lives. Whether it’s building healthier relationships, managing stress, or finding meaning amidst change, my clients are often seeking a safe and understanding space to explore their emotions and set meaningful goals for their personal growth. I am open to seeing individual or couples; children (10+), teens, young adults, and adults virtually or in-person. I am a current Master of Social Work candidate, specializing in mental health, at Washington University in St. Louis. Previously, I graduated from Saint Louis University with a Bachelor's degree in psychology focusing on clinical work.
