Hello! My name is Bernice Banks and I am a licensed associate counselor of mental health affiliated with Rising Hope Therapy LLC. I believe all voices are meant to be heard. You are invited to share your story in a safe and supportive environment. In this therapeutic setting, you are encouraged to explore how your experiences have shaped your thoughts, emotions and behaviors. Throughout our work together, I’ll be here to support you, whether you're navigating challenges, working toward personal growth, or simply looking for guidance. Together in this process, I will assist you in taking back the narrative in your own story. I specialize in anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, stress management, and self-esteem. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered where you are encouraged to explore your feelings and understand yourself. Sessions are available both in-person and through online telehealth.
