I am Beth Smith, LCSW a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, founder of Mindgarden Therapy. As a millennial Therapist, I have a modern eclectic therapeutic approach. I incorporate my trainings and certifications in evidence-based practices to guide our therapy sessions and provide personalized care for my clients, tailored to your needs. I am passionate about guiding people through their healing journey and personal growth. I believe therapy is a powerful tool that can help you improve your quality of life while dealing with life’s challenges. I look forward to the opportunity to get to know you. I specialize in treating adults, college students, teens, professionals, and high-achieving individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, work stress, family conflict, relationship issues, a variety of life stressors or simply for personal growth. Starting therapy can feel intimidating. My focus is to help guide you through this process by providing a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental safe space to allow you to be your authentic self, and create a genuine connection.
