The path to reaching meaningful connection may be complicated to sort through on your own. My collaborative approach is empathic, insightful and focused on understanding yourself and others more deeply. The way you feel about yourself and in relationship to others is an essential aspect of well being. For more than 20 years I've worked with individuals and couples of all ages and stages of life experiencing emotional pain, relationship impasses and the unexpected curveballs in life.
