Introduction

Welcome! I am grateful you are here and trying to find the best therapist for you. I understand how it feels to be stuck in negative thought patterns and how detrimental they can be to all aspects of your life. I help my clients navigate issues such as: anxiety, stress management, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, body image problems, low self-esteem, and academic and career pressures (to name a few!) My goal is to empower my clients with the tools and insights needed to navigate whatever is getting in their way, help them feel "unstuck" and be more present in all aspects of their life.
