Introduction

Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious or stuck? As a clinical psychologist with over 30 years of experience working with people across the lifespan I specialize in helping people navigate all kinds of life challenges to experience greater well-being. With expertise in mind-body modalities and mindfulness, CBT, positive psychology and polyvagal-informed practices, I emphasize a collaborative and strength-based approach to help you develop a toolkit for resilience and well-being. We don't just treat your symptoms but focus on whole person health and wellness to help tap your innate capacity for healing and growth. As an author of four books on well-being, a Tedx/public speaker, and fellow traveler on this path, I bring a wealth of knowledge to our sessions, translating evidence-based research into practical, concrete tools you can bring into your daily life. I provide a warm, supportive environment to help you experience lasting change and a deeper sense of inner peace. If you are ready to move beyond surviving and uncover inner resources you may not even know you have to start thriving, I can help. With safety and connection as our first priority, and with a specialty in mind-body modalities and positive neuroplasticity to support our work together, I look forward to helping you flourish.
